hey, im a teenager and im 5 ft and weigh bout 185lbs. not good. i have knee problems and im just not happy with myslef, i do however think i carry my weight pretty well. I wear a snug size 12. Going to school with size 2 girls is not easy. my ideal size would be a comfortable 10. Im moderatley active, but i have a sweet tooth and i eat out more than i should b/c im out n bout a lot. so its convineint. i really want to change my unhealthy life style. my mom bought me a gaiam yoga for beginners dvd for christmas and i really like it. I play soccer and it starts in about a month 1/2, my goal is to lose 10 lbs by then. I like to run (not good at it tho), im flexible and i like vegetables, am not meant to be an unhealthy person! Any tips of how to stick with it or any foods/exercises that help??? I have a treadmill and dumb-bells and everything, its just not wrking!!!
p.s. my mom said something about a gland in ur throat that could be stoping my weight loss, wat exactly is it?
