When you say you're feeling it in your arms, does it hurt or is it uncomfortable? I am sure there are others in this community that can answer this better, but I do a little yoga and pilates and sometimes I feel it in various parts all at one time. That's what makes those two forms of exercise great, you can get a total body workout (or at least a couple of areas at one time) in a shorter time. Sometimes, while I'm working out, I don't always feel it in the targeted area, but still see the results. I don't know, maybe that's not normal! LOL

If it's comfortable for you and you're doing the poses/moves as you should, and holding good form doing them, I say keep going!
